Have no fear, Kieran is here.

Having no idea what your crazy Canadian self was on about, I did me some research:
"What is a "Charlie Horse"? It is leg cramp.And how do we get rid of it? Historically, heat has been a natural remedy used to relieve pain"

Trustworthy t'internet diagnosis and treatment recommendation there. Set your like on fire, that should do it.

Or, set your boss on fire. That should do him.

"like" = leg

heat... hmm... that seems like a lot of work, but if it gets rid of the cramping, it'll be worth it.

i was hoping for something a little more magical. but i'll settle for this.

i'll let you know if this remedy works and if that qualifies you for a reward. it's a bit of a process, you know.

now, does anyone have a remedy for a headache caused by a 1 hour conference call discussing the architecture for a university web site?

you have to pull on your foot.

you have to do it at just the right angle. extend at the ankle and rotate, invert, or evert slightly. then, as suddenly as it came on, the cramp magically disappears.

leaving you with a tight, sore muscle for days.

this happened to me last week. i couldn't find the right angle for what seemed like minutes. it was intense. and then i limped around from the damage.

yeah. it was awesome.
